Whether it's designing autonomous robots, optimizing aerospace systems, or developing sustainable solutions, I love tackling complex engineering challenges. My work spans from PCB design and CFD analysis to hands-on manufacturing and system integration. I believe the best solutions come from combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience.

  • Spearheaded the redesign of an existing PET plastic container generating $300K+ in sales, re-engineering its lid profile, container height, and body-to-lid geometry while introducing a novel fingerwell and offset configuration; a first for the company
  • Designed thermoforming tooling and prepared RFQs for external tooling vendors, collaborating with tooling engineers to incorporate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and production requirements into the container design
  • Designed and fabricated a custom open-force and tear-force test fixture for QA, creating GD&T engineering drawings to ASME Y14.5, work orders, and ECOs while contributing to internal fixture design guidelines
  • Developed a coefficient-of-friction test method for PET sheets with QA, performing material measurements and testing to improve characterization and support product development

  • Creating rocket and payload simulations in OpenRocket to analyze performance metrics
  • Developed a Monte Carlo flight simulation in Python to predict rocket behavior across varying flight conditions
  • Performed CFD simulations in OpenFOAM to evaluate aerodynamic forces, thermal loads, and reactive flows around liquid motors to inform engine development

Honors Research Assistant - CFD Engineer (Volunteer)

  • Ran combustion simulations of an NH3–H2 hybrid ICE in CONVERGE CFD. Quantified buoyancy-driven flame curvature and instability behavior in ParaView for a U.S. Navy ONR funded research project
  • Developed Python and MATLAB tools for flame-front geometry and curvature analysis, and managed Linux HPC cluster workloads using Bash, Vim, and SLURM
  • Processed data into MATLAB and Excel, presented biweekly to faculty & researchers, and collaborated with cross-institutional researchers
