Designed a 24 V motor‑drive PCB in Altium Designer that met full DFM criteria (zero critical violations) and integrated a high‑current switching regulator, LDO, and motor‑driver IC. Implemented six IR proximity sensors and an ultrasonic obstacle‑avoidance module to provide autonomous line‑tracking and dynamic surface‑curvature handling on the robot chassis. Achievement: Out of a dozen competing teams, we were one of only 8 to advance through both the first and second rounds.
Led a 5-person team to design and fabricate a 3-axis CNC system with an end effector for autonomous cube manipulation and stacking. Designed precision components in SolidWorks; implemented GD&T and DFM principles for manufacturability and quality control. Applied Six Sigma principles to reduce variation. Oversaw CO₂ laser cutting and developed MATLAB code for motion and object grasping, achieving 90% accuracy.
Hosted/Managed a paid Java 17 Ubuntu Minecraft server on a local server handling 10+ concurrent players. Developed custom Java mods for Forge, improving tick rate and reducing lag by 40%. Automated Backups/Maintenance using scripts improving uptime and reducing manual workload. Later Transitioned to Oralce Cloud infrastructure.
